Shipping

All great things take time, therefore we do not offer next day delivery. If you have a very good reason for an express delivery request you can let us know at shop@heyheydehaas.shop. We‘ll do our best to meet your demands.

We will let you know when:

1. We’ve received your order and payment

2. Your order is being shipped

We use PostNL for shipping. You will receive a message after we handed over your package to PostNL.

Shipping options

You can choose to receive your parcel via regular mail or go for the premium option and receive a track & trace code. It’s up to you!

By selecting -Netherlands- at the checkout page you will unlock the ‘free’ pick-up option.

Non EU orders

If you would like to receive your order at a destination outside the EU, please contact us at shop@heyheydehaas.shop and we will work something out.

Returns

We simply cannot imagine why you’d want to return your item. However if you’re looking to return or exchange your order, do not hesitate to get in touch via shop@heyheydehaas.shop
